Trying to get a setup going after a recent catastrophe of sorts and cannot, for the life of me, access Waves.com to download my software, register or even contact customer service. I thought that it may just be high traffic volume on their site so I waited a day and tried again. I then proceeded to repeat this process day after day and at different times with the exact same result. Is there some inside industry secret about how to access their site that I have just not become privileged enough to learn of as I cant even find any online complaints about this at all. Any other website I could dream of loads on my computer almost instantaneously. Whats up with that? Does anybody else have experience with this or is the Universe just wanting to f#ck with me again. Because it does that.

There was some high volume issues yesterday or something I couldn't get them on the phone for a bit, but they are up and responsive today. If you still can't access the site, you can try giving Waves Tech Support a call at 865-909-9200 then extension 1 when you get to the prompt. They are generally pretty helpful.

Thank You. this has been the first helpful support response Ive experienced in the last 3 weeks of support requests. So, thank you again and I'll give that number a try if I cant connect to their site tonight.

Waves website, surely Im not the only one having problems.
