Very cool. Take in count I'm not a real keyboard player.

I also got this one last year. :D

mini keys, no midi, no velocity, 4 voices of polyphony, 8 bit crapp toy rompler. But I love it!

SCORE! :)

Yeah that casio is similar to the one I got, except has midi, otherwise i'd chuck it probably.

I only want to use it to assign an LFO to a certain parameter (ie, nothing too extravagant at all).
Yes don't see why not. There's anyway the free VSTs MidiSeq! and MidiMod! so no advantage to have in-DAW LFOs which I guess most DAWs have now anyway.

I know that one can not change a sound so that its not recognized as being form the synth, but my question is still there. In Mutools you can pass the sound back into the synth from another instance. The question would be, is that allowed. Can we also eq each instance, say for example Leveler, reaeq and compressor on the master then reaeq on each instance. I understand about chorus and flanger, those can be done from within feldspar. Last thing, is side-chaining to a kick allowed, that can change the pitch depending on how you go about it, or am I way off?

Thanks
I just want to make sure I get things straight before I submit.
What is the structural integrity of a compound when it is broken down to its wave form?

The same as everything else that surrounds it.

I agree you're way off :hihi: :hihi:

But on the issue of passing Feldspar into Feldspar... do you mean Feldspar -> FeldsparFX? That's legit.

As for passing Feldspar into Feldspar... I doubt that is possible.

that's why I asked. Its a modular system so of course it is. Each of the red triangles on top of the synth are for audio input and I think the blue is for passing control signals from one to another.

Trust me I know I'm way out there. Music is the only thing that keeps me grounded. :)

Feldspar doesn't appear to have audio inputs so feeding back or to another instance is not possible. If it had I guess that would anyway be Ok as it would just be exploiting the synth which is anyway the name of the game.

About effects on each instance that can be done freely apart from 3rd party commercial ones and the outlawed modulation effects of course. EQ on each is almost done automatically as you want to cut unnecessary lows and highs to save headroom etc, and I would recommend a compressor or maybe better yet a low-CPU limiter like MLimiter on each channel (or even between instances if necessary) to be able to boost the volume of each channel etc.

Not exactly sure what you mean with side-chaining the pitch of the kick, but I guess you could use some audio to MIDI plugin or similar in order to let one synth control the pitch knob of another. This would be Ok as it's just a fancy way of doing automation, but if you mean changing the pitch of the audio out itself, that is not allowed.

So it's outside of Feldspar? Is it just mixing the signals together?

I know in cubase I can't send the output of Feldspar directly into another feldspar... so I assume in Mux it simulates that?

That's pretty slick :D

Are they related to Celtic Astro-punk?

Just kidding, don't really know either genre. ;)

Not many seems to know about this, or maybe just too afraid to be seen as a nerd trekkie.. (which I ironically am not.. ;) )
