Is there a way to record the midi output from Cream? So that once I'm done using cream I can just have a midi clip I can move from track to track? I only have the demo version at the moment. Still testing it (and loving it!)

Its like recording any other midi data from a plugin in ableton, its up to ableton not the plugin
You route cream to a track, set that track to monitor in, turn on the recording, then record to a clip. The one thing that you have to do though is first have a clip in cream's track running, so that you dont record into the clip on cream and not the other track.
So you start the clip on creams track while recording a midi clip on the other(input) track. That clip will have all the outputted midi data
heres a pic, first track just has a c3 on it thats playing, second track has its input from cream, monitor in, set to record and recording the input shown below
