i don't understand this track setup (and the midi channels..)

i have 3 tracks:
Track 1 with kirnu (Track1)
--- Midi-Input: All Midi Inputs
--- Midi-Output: Channel 1, Kirnu Cream

Track 2 with synth1 like Steinberg Prologue (Track 2)
--- Midi-Input: Kirnu Midi Out
--- Midi-Output: Channel 2, Prologue

Track 3 with Omnisphere (Track 3)
--- Midi-Input: Kirnu Midi Out
--- Midi-Output: Channel 3, Omnisphere

In Kirnu i have to tracks activated with simple arpeggios,
Track 1 is set to Midi in = 1 and midi out = 2, C2 > B5, Base C2
Track 2 is set to midi in = 1 and midi out = 3, C2 > B5, Base C2

but if i started my daw (im my example it is cubase 7)
i here all two kirnu-tracks on all of my two cubase tracks with my synths at the same time..

what i've excpected was, that my kirnu track1 is going to prologue and kirnu-track2 is going to omnisphere,
but not Kirnu1 and 2 at the same time to both of my synths..

is there a documentation anywhere this track-thing in kirnu cream?

yes, i have watched the video "Kirnu - Cream Tutorial - Using Chord Memory and SEQ section",
but you are using reaper (i don't know reaper) and i have followed your steps but it doesn't work neither in cubase nor in ableton live (on my mac)

EDIT: perhaps its only a cubase and ableton problem?
in Studio One 2 this settings work..

is there a way to set the midi input channel in cubase or in ableton?
in cubase i have used the transformer, but that doesn't work..
