[BUG!] Cubase Swing error

Recording with swing problem still exists in Cubase 7.

To reproduce:
1. Set Init patch
2. Set swing e.g. 70%
3. Play. > It swings fine.
4. Now start Play or Record. Play keyboard in Cubase Play/Record mode. > Swing is stuttered.

Already sent screen video about this bug twice to support, but this is still here.

Fix it please, this is a long-term request since the early pre-releases!
