I beg for a Musicman John Petrucci DI sample...

Hi there,

For sound tuning purpose, would be amazing if I could have a sample from a Musicman JP6 or similar with Crunch Lab / Liquifire pickups, DIRECT INPUT through DI Box (completly dry).
Some riffs with few seconds of PMs, chords and solo notes would be quite enough, at neck and bridge pickup positions.

(I found an old forum on sevenstring.org where a good initiative started with few samples, but not these ones. By the way, such thread could be interesting if seriously populated)

Thank you!

There ya go! Not cheap, but NICE. There's some nice Music Man basses in this set, if I remember correctly.

If you have a Roland 1010, 1080, 2080 or XP series keyboard, the Bass and Drums JV expansion card has most of the content mentioned here. There's also a standalone module called the M-BD1, that has all the sounds from the card as a one rackspace unit. They go for crazy cheap on ebay, and could be just what you need.

The MM JP (insert which model here) is either a 6 or 7 string electric guitar model, Not an electric bass guitar.

Ah, was thinking of John Patitucci! Sorry, carry on! Got me thinking I want that sound card again though, dammit! :hihi:

Too bad :) and I need the DI track, not amp processed...
I remind that I just want some dry riffs, not necessarily a real sample bank.
One could have it done in 5 minutes, if he wants I pay a beer via paypal!
