So you restore mp3 compression to original wav quality.

Are these people serious?

So if you are actually mixing from wav files - what do you get?

Must be even better than original.

You honestly believe this exaggerated low end doesn't completely dominate every other frequency?

The exaggeration is in your description . They have bass boost about the same as someone might adjust an EQ curve for dance music, but the highs come through fine and they're noise canceling. So, no cuz, my gangsta azz hear jus fine wit dem...

Why adjust the EQ? If the artist wanted it heard that way they would have recorded it that way.

And how do I then turn the bass down should I not wish to listen to dance music?

For my own experience I remember that I bought the model just under the one you have to feed with cell batteries :O Because the big one was way too much overemphasizing the basses, and cranking up the volume on bass heavy material was just making them distort. So I went for the biggest model without cell, and they sounded just fine. I also bought the intra-ear model, really really good sound and basses. All these for 25€ each, I wouldn't have paid more for this.

hey guys, so after doing a bit of research, i've decided that the best option for me is to go withthe KRK KNS-8400 studio headphones because i have the KRK Rokit 8's and i would like some headphones that stay true to my monitors so that i don't have to re-mix my tracks when i come home. Any thoughts on these headphones before i decide to purchase them?

Any advice is helpful
