Are there any good libraries with vocal samples and short vocal hits for minimal and deep house music?

Freeware or paid libraries are fine with me.

all sorts really. you could sample random bits yourself.

if you're looking for oneshots in sample packs, try vengeance vocal essentials, or some of the ueberschall sample packs

Here are two from www.sampleism.com - not sure if this is what you are looking
for:

The first is a freebie: the I Love You Project, 88 people saying "I Love You" in different languages and accents, one for each key. See below for Soundcloud.

The second Vorsprung durch Technik (£4) is a collection of German words and phrases, sampled at different velocity levels and with round-robin alternates. Soundcloud demo here.
