ACE at 23 WTF.......................................
Review says "it imposes a heavy CPU hit". This year it runs on multiple cores so it's as easy to run as Omnisphere.

Here's a list of what I use most after buying or demoing them all. I won't add romplers even though I use a lot of em.

DIVA
ACE
ZEBRA HZ
Omnisphere
Sylenth1
Lush 101
Z3TA+2

Synthmaster and Z3ta is all I have on the list but when

I plan to snag NI Komplete and minimonsta that will be several more.

Several not on there that should be
Korgs legacy collection
OPX pro
AAS not putting anything in?
MOTU and their mach V sampler is part synth as well if Nexus Omnisphere and alchemy
qualify
Kontakt also has synth capabilities
Waldorf Largo
Xils Lab Poly KB II

There is never gonna be a definitive answer to which Synth is best cause it's all about "Preference". What one person loves the other hates. The list is a great list no doubt but never will the question "What's the Best" ever be answered.

Well, you should go for Zebra, or Reaktor, or synth's that can create most types of sound.

But I wouldn't be without the multitude of plugins available, each has its distinct charm :)

Why?
What's the practical difference between loading two different instruments and loading two instances of the same instrument?
