"Wow & Flutter" does it, but i find the effect too dominant and i need something subtler.

Have you thought about heading down to Goodwill, and picking up a VCR for $10? This isn't meant to be sarcastic - just an acknowledgement that any non-free plugin that emulated a VCR would cost more than the real thing nowadays.

I don't know what Goodwill is, and buying a VCR will be an overkill for me (not price-wise of course, i prefer the convenience of a plugin for that effect).

Can you draw pitch envelopes in FL Studio?

That is how I do it in Pro Tools.

I thought about that, i'm familliar with that technique but a plugin would be much more convenient for me.
