I'm looking for suggestions of VSTIs or sample libraries to do house piano.

A big bright chunky, artificial thing.

What do you use?

Almost any piano + hipass filter, or the Korg M1 legacy will give you that classic house piano sound. It's not that hard to get close enough to that I wouldn't just find some samples and tweak EQ, envelope, and effects settings though.

MDA piano with chorus and delay applied - all done. Doesn't sound like the M1 but very capable indeed. And let's face it, not all tracks of the era used the M1

Absolutely. What you want is a thin piano that won't muddy the bottom end, with a short decay to not muddy the rhythm too much and some effects.
