Yeah me too, plugin looks really great though.

It is kind of odd to only have an intro price when it was not possible to test it out. I might get this, but it is no longer urgent. I know it is only $10 difference, but this will now go on my list of full priced things to consider when the sales on the other things I want is over.

I bought it on the first day. But I also think it's unfair for people who wanted to test this unit before buying it, which is a logic step...
Plogue should extend the intro price to one more week.

I'm quite sorry you guys take it this way.

The way we saw it (and we've done the same for chipsounds - hence why I'm kind of shocked at this reaction) is that its a sale for early adopters, who took a risk with a 1.0 release without a demo. Some of you found issues which we hopefully rapidly addressed.

Moving the price back to 39$ for another week at this point would be unfair to everyone who's bought it at the regular price.

I hope you understand.
Kind Regards.

Oh I'm still going to buy it, I tested it and really liked it, I'm just a cheapskate.

edit: although an extra week of the introductory sale would have been nice.

I took the 'risk' and bought it at $39, which was a bargain......at $49 it's still a bargain!

I did the same, but I'd be happy to pay $49.00 for it. It has added so much to my sounds.

Indeed. $49 for version 1.004 of this plug is a more enticing proposition than version 1.000 for $39 to my mind. You get improved latency handling, dry/wet mix control for the post-processing, the background noise is now tunable, and you get to test it out first. It was made pretty clear on page 1 of this thread that there'd be no demo during the intro period and nobody seemed to have a problem with that. Heck, plenty of people would have said they weren't buying it at any price until the latency issues were addressed if they were able to demo v1.000!

This is totally on my wishlist! $10 more or less won't change that! I've got chipsounds and love it, you can tell that there's some passion behind the plugin and that's the kind of software I like to spend my money on! Please keep making great things!

Downloaded WIN_chipcrusher_v1.004.exe and installed it. Still displays v1.003 in the about box.
