IK App Enhanced Accessories take center stage at Engadget+gdgt Live in New York

Sound of Contact and legendary Vernon Reid performing with iRig HD, iRig Blueboard, iRig Mic and other IK mobile accessories

Catch Sound of Contact, new band project from Simon Collins, and Vernon Reid of Living Colour performing live with the latest iOS mobile music accessories from IK at the Engadget+gdgt live in NY. Amps and Effects will all be done with AmpliTube on iPad using iRig HD and iRig Blueboard. Vocals on Vocalive for iPhone and iRig MIC. Keyboardist, Sonic Reality's Dave Kerzner, performing with SampleTank for iPad and iRig KEYS.

The event is FREE to attend and open to all ages. If you are 12 and under, however, you will need to be accompanied by an adult.

Sound of Contact, featuring Phil Collins' son Simon, will be performing songs from their debut concept album, Dimensionaut. Following Sound of Contact, legendary guitarist Vernon Reid, best known as the founder of the groundbreaking rock group Living Colour, takes the stage.
