Hi guys,
Allomerus and I collaborated on this one to bring you something fresh.
it started out with this:
and then we added the vocals:
or rather the other way around, I did the instrumental version later, to distinguish it a bit.
Have fun!

Nice track guys. Parts of this reminded me of the Police's Spirits In The Material World. It's got quite an infectious rhythmic attraction. Nice vox from John and the instrumentation is full without being overpowering. My only criticism is that I thought some of the hi-hat action was a little overpowering. Maybe cut it by 2-3dB.
A match made in heaven.
Good work

I absolutely loved doing this.
My first vocal tune and John nailed it. It's uplifting, dark, crazy, catchy...at least that's what I think :)
I entered it in the brainkiller.it competition and I think it'll be among the winners (or at least, I hope :D )

Very nice work guys! Vocals and bass really stand out for me... and once again I have to agree with Tim, the reggae inflected rhythm brings The Police to mind.

Yeah I only later figured that out (reggea), I might remix it to that type of music

Cool track. Great vocals.
Maybe a sligthly longer intro before the vocals come in? It doesn't have to be 32 measures, but 1/8 note is a bit abrupt.
Victor.
