Yeah - my expression pedal only sends on CC11 so I never noticed that issue. But if you get any rogue automation issues like that you can easily right-click on a knob and select 'UnLearn'.

I think rotary for OSC pitch is very common practice in VSTi GUI.

In the 'control' section the 'bend' dropdown selects the range - but it only goes up to 1 octave.

To control the pitch of just one of the oscs with a knob you can use the arp as a fixed modulation source:

- set the arp's 'active' dropdown to 'on'
- turn the arp's 'pitch' knob down to zero (so it doesn't directly modulate both oscs' pitch together)
- set all the arp's steps to the same note
- selecet arp as a source in the modulation section
- select an osc's pitch as the destination

Now you can use the 'lvl' knob in the modulation section to modify the specified osc's pitch.

Pretty much stopped.. it's eight years old, after all. Besides, other than this thread I don't think there's really any general interest in Feldspar.. despite thousands of people downloading it over the years not one person has reported the crashing bug to me - if I hadn't read about it here I still wouldn't know about it.

Hi all,

This time I got inspired by the sounds of nature, which I can hear in my garden each night those days. It beginns with the nice sounds from the crickets. But after a while I can hear some gnats. You will find both in my new track.

Heat shield continues the story from Earthrise, where a traveler is stun by the sight of his long lost Earth for the first time in many years.

Feldspar was a really cool synth to work with. TBH, I actually felt like it was closer to me than Podolski.

Strange thing happening to me with Feldspar.
Everytime i want to render the track, the render stay at 0% in FL Studio and i have to kill the process from the task manager.
I have the last version of Feldspar.

It is not a big issue due i guess i can record the track in real time while listening to it.
Anyone else with this issue?

I had a lot of problems rendering tracks with Feldspar when working in Reaper:

- sometimes the render would not start;
- sometimes the render would fail half way through when new instances were introduced into the mix;
- often there were audible artifacts (weird squeaching and squelching noises).

The best solutions I found were either to render in real time (although some audio artifacts still occasionally appeared); or to freeze/bounce every track separately and then render the whole mix.
