I just picked up komplete 9 (update). A few things in it tempted me and I took the plunge. The thing is, I don't want to disturb my battery 3. If I install battery 4 will it leave my battery3 in place? It seems like you have to go out of your way to uninstall old versions, but I just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this?

They're separate products, so they don't interfere with each others operation. I did the update a month ago and haven't had any issues.

Battery 4 is also a completely new library. 100% new sounds

Well, there's a lot of the old sounds, but the new interface is nice. I thought that I'd miss the cell library, but I'm not sure that I will really. At any rate, it installed without any problem.

And how about that Transient Master. I can see myself overusing that. On a slightly different note, The Giant, what a strange piano.

Could be, I haven't used it yet other than to play around with it, it's very strange.

Battery 3 and Battery 4 at the same time?
