I know we have Epic Synth emulating the SH-101 but it only has a keyboard. I think a MC-202 emulation with a sequencer and Accents and Portamento would work really well on an iPad.

I was under the belief that Epic Synth was a rough clone of a Juno... I had high hopes for it, until I bought it and found how basic it was. It can't even create the sounds of the Juno 60.... ah, but I digress.... :-(

Thinking about an M1 app, using the expansions as inexpensive in-app purchases is genius. The ipad screen would be so much better than the original M1 display, and Korg could make a fortune reselling us their 80's digital back catologue.

I own the vsti, but I'd still buy it, and I'd max it out. Bet I'm not the only one who'd be excited at the prospect!

Yes, very much agree. A good ROMpler would be nice. I do have the Motif Rack XS which is around 350 MB of waveforms. Even the XF series are well under 1GB. So size-wise it is doable (though still a bit too much for 16GB devices, perhaps). Getting a Motif app would really surprise me, but would be fantastic!

:( I hope that changes.

I've thought those might be the next ones we see, given they are already available on the computer as part of their Legacy collection.

Microtonic and synplant for me please!

I was really trying to think of something, but I think all my bases are covered with what is currently out there, and what I really want to see will probably be developed soon as both are in the works - that would be a cabling modular and Synth1 on IOS.

Guitar rig would be cool too, but Ampkit+ covers my guitar needs pretty good right now.

Some more expansions on Beatmaker2 also.

Arturia to add more synths capable for Tabletop.

What is this "cabling modular" that you are referring to? It sounds interesting! :-) ....or maybe you are referring to the Caustic modular iOS app that was supposedly shelved? Either way, I'm interested. :-)

I remember reading that it is top of the Japanese dev's to-do list. And that was a while ago...
Also saw this. Not sure if/when it will ever be done.

I've done heavy searching for any additional information, and have found none. I too worry that it may not see the light of day--and I have been so looking forward to it! :-(
