So we are using the same daw. Could you do me a favor and for example record some midi with preset 'fx clock work' and then select tranform to audio? What happens? (Maybe this way we can find out if i did something wrong)

Well i just bought it so i'll let you know how it goes.

Some of the leads are causing cpu to sputter but that big trance lead is lush!

Yep, that's the price you pay, I just didn't want to sacrifice the amazing sound SS can do. Glad your liking the sound

I should be able to do that yes. I'll take a look in a little while. You got the latest version of Studio One?

They have a pretty active forum by the way it might be worth posting on there or just contacting them.

Great patches, already got a track going.

But some are one note cpu killers! I had to set Os to 1x but it's worth it. I've held off buying soundbanks cause of the cpu hit but no regrets buying this, these are stellar sounds.

Okay, that one is actually an arp. You need to program sustained notes. If you program anything like a 16th note you'll not get any sound at all.

Well actually i simply recorded the arp, which gives me one long note (midi). That normally would do it. I will try it again tonight.

tried some other horizon presets. ar endless falls: transform to audio works, but the results are crazy. the first bar is missing for example and the rest does sound not exactly like when playing back midi.

ba athlete v2: same thing. first bar silent, then it sounds unlike the midi version.

i am on 2.5.2.2

I just tried it quickly with a couple of patches and seems to have rendered them properly, just a bit of silence at the beginning but my buffer is set to 512...

I just checked and i'm running 1.1.0.29 fwiw.

there shouldn't even be the shortest part of silence when bouncing down.
