RMV: Kik1's clicky release

Hi Peter,

I have noticed some unconventional behaviour in RMV's Kik1 module when using the EQ. In this instance, when increasing the LoShelf gain on the Pad EQ, clicks are introduced at the release stage. Here is the pad patch.

Disabling the EQ remedies the click problem, but I would like to use the EQ!

Is this considered a bug?

Altering the oscillator decay changes the time at which the click appears.
