They seem like this was a bad idea and that they are too fragile to do this project. How are they going to handle honest customer support?

So like, it's silly to speculate about the product, but it's ok to speculate about the customer support.

IIRC there was,back in the early 1990's a period of time when certain computer products took a furschluggener time getting to market. Those who did marketing then did a lot of but but but....
