HELLO !

Amplesound.net releases "Ample Guitar M LITE" Acoustic Guitar Instrument for Win & Mac VST, AU & RTAS. Bring Martin D-41 Guitar sound to your studio

Ample Sound has updated AGML to version 1.1.0.

AGML 1.1.0 changes:

Fixed a major DFD bug which could lead to buffer underrun and flaws in generated audio, especially when offline exporting, no more white noise.
New sampling engine which increased loading and playing performance.
Added alternate tuner.
Added keyboard mode.
Deleted most of pop-ups which asked user to purchase the full version.

I downloaded both instruments but no luck. The free electric guitar can only be loaded if one if you are connected to the internet (I have internet on my laptop but not on my studio computer) and, after installment, the demo of the acoustic guitar (Martin Lite) doesn't even show up in Cubase SX with Windows XP (32bit). I tried several times and checked whether everything is in place. Are you sure the right dll is provided?

Alex, yes AGG needs an internet connection.

About AGML, are you able to locate this file: AGMLx86.dll (this is your 32 bit vsti)

Finally got it installed properly. I didn't realize I had to install the x86.dl separately. Anyway, it works (when hooked up with internet) and it sounds really great. A much stronger soloistic tone compared with the very soft Rain Lotus Guitar (same programmers, right?). However, even though it's a lite version, it turns out to be quite a CPU hog, which is a pity.

Sorry to hear about your CPU ''hit''. Amplesound will always try to make it better with updates.
