That's true it shouldn't. These types of comments blow my mind! There's no valid reason for this and sometimes things are better left unsaid. I will resist the urge to lambaste you with negative comments and just say this... I cant imagine anyone in the industry who is even at the fringe of qualifying as a professional gives a rip about the appearance of a plugin. And im not just saying this because I dont agree with you, I think its a fact.
Here's another +1 anyways to say Tony, DC8C is incredible for all the reasons it exists in its current state. Looking forward to it becoming slightly more "incredibler"

Promised I wouldn't mention the crashing thing again, but...
With a tip off from paterpeter (you seriously rock), I've managed to run the Klanghelm plugins in VST3 32 without a single crash. I really tried to break them, but they have stood solid. In fact, they feel much snappier and responsive than the VST2 versions do.
So I will be buying DC8C and SDRR, afterall. Show my support for a cool indie dev I've admired all along. I don't mind using VST3 if I have to; FL supports that, no problem.

[no hard feelings, hopefully]

To give credit where credit is due: Tony asked me by e-mail to try the VST3 version, I just forwarded the suggestion to you. I'm glad that you don't have to miss out on Klanghelm goodness anymoreaudiosabre wrote:With a tip off from paterpeter (you seriously rock),

This is AWESOME news!tonhelm wrote: Regarding the DC8C update: well I actually wanted to only fix a few minor things and apply a perliminary preset browser. But it got a bit out of hand (again) There'll be a new mode called SMASH (the opposite to the CLEAN mode) which will let an 1176 look like a slow compressor (maybe). I've also changed the SHAPE control and added a third shape. The saturation has been tweaked too. And the oversampling has changed completely. With the update DC8C will benefit noticeably from the OS. Since every OS stage will include additional processing elements to improve the behavior further. Due to these changes it'll need (and have) a new plugin ID.
I hope to get both the DC8C update and SDRR out until the end of July. But that's very optimistic
Tony
Please consider some of the suggestions we discussed a few weaks ago (look-a-head.. pretty please!! please!!
Cheers!

Will SDRR be comparable to (or overlap with) plugs like Saturn and Maul? Or will it be different type of tool?
