Kontakt memory server solves that issue.

Try using plugs like Amplitube with a few sample libraries on your x86 DAW. Everything today uses more memory than most applications and plugins did 7 years ago but 32bit will work fine if you're not doing that much inside the DAW.

Korg legacy et al is all 64 bit, has been for a while?

Using the latest installer to uninstall.
It has a selection window in the installer. Just click the check box until it says uninstall. Then continue.
(edit:This is on a mac, but I'm pretty sure that's for PC too)

That's right, the installer is also the uninstaller, so you can remove stuff selectively.

Ideally I should also add a "remove everything" uninstaller on windows, since they are generally expected, but you can only spend so much time doing NSIS scripts before your brain turns inside out so I'm afraid that's on the "TODO" list until I've recovered.

Seems like all this discussion is because, once again, Apple decided to abandon a platform, and screw users in the process. If they did release 32 and 64-bit versions odf their software, as does any other manufacturer, these problems didn't exist. So, if the OP has to blame someone, is the host manufacturer, not the plug-in builder, since those were already done a long time ago.
Of course, you always have the option to NOT upgrade. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
