Those of you familiar with hardware MPC's know what I'm talking about. With this feature, you can do controlled drum rolls and fills of varying speeds (eighth notes, sixteenths, thirty second notes). I know that Akai has their own MPC app, but it does not play well with other apps (MIDI). Other drum apps I currently have are iElectribe and Funkbox. Any other suggestions would be great.

Off the top of my head, I know the S4 Rhythm Composer will do quantized rolls, but I don't think it does MIDI Out. Figure has something similar built right in with varied rhythmic patterns, also no MIDI Out. Hope that helps!

Oh! and NanoStudio's TRG-16 does it too... still no MIDI though I'm pretty sure.

Wow, S4 is great (cant believe its free). I'll have to spend some more time with it. Bummer that it also lacks MIDI out.Thanks for the suggestion.
