I'm currently checking out the Deckadance demo. Loving the implementation of Grossbeat (much clearer GUI than the VST version), and the Effector VST is quite unique in VST-land AFAIK, and sounds bloody good for what it is!
My question is, how does one use Deckadance as a VSTi? Can you route realtime audio tracks through it as virtual decks and use the loop/leap functions and FX etc available per deck, or is it limited to playing a file/song from HD only and syncing it to your DAW, most likely for remixing purposes?
I feel like i'm missing something obvious here, and a quick look at the online help didn't help much.
If anyone can help me to get my head around this issue, please do!
Thanks.
BTW, i realize the clue may be in the 'i' part of VSTi. But many VSTi's can be used as audio FX too. So, clarity would be welcome.
