Very cool!

Finding a few potential bugs... I'll try to explain how to reproduce.

*********************************
Edit: After I uninstalled and re-installed, spire is working properly.
I can no longer reproduce the errors below.
I think I accidentally installed over the old version.
*********************************

Fl Studio 11 using the 64bit spire.

If you play notes from the piano roll, and while the host is playing turn on the Arp, then notes will stick on.

I also found that when using the stepper to mod the pitch, and toggling the arp on and off, the stepper sometimes stops modulating. I could fix this, by turning the arp off and then back on (this one is tougher to reproduce).

I'm going to do a fresh install, and test again to make sure...

Best regards,

Gino

YAY, thanks! I'll be trying this out tonight.

Is CPU optimisation the next thing on the agenda? :)

Errr but they don't mind charging VAT lol when you go to purchase it :hihi: :hihi:

CLASSIC!
That's what I was thinking too :-o
AFAIK share-it isn't acting as a payment service but a reseller. As such I think it's the responsibility of share-it to collect the VAT and forward it to the proper fiscal authorities themselves. Reveal Sound probably doesn't see the collected VAT. I suppose that in the B2B relation between share-it and Reveal Sound no VAT is involved.

For all buyers of Spire I hope that my gut feeling is wrong and that Reveal Sound fully complies to all legal requirements.

The craziest bullshit I've ever read, obviously 1) they did it in order to extend their business to worldwide and 2) you don't have to be even bothered why they have decided to choose this particular way of registering their company 3) thank god you are not living and making your small business in Russia
sound_dev wrote: Reveal Sound doesn't have any problems anywhere. Its a common case for companies which develops software in Russia have a mother company registered outside. This is absolutely legal. Why people choose this way? It is a very long story which hard to understand living in EU or in US.
So true!

chk071 you should probably read more about Russia to judge!

Congratulations guys with almost getting it to the final version! Looking forward to see how the CPU consumption may be reduced -)

Eternitysound VST Banks

I installed the new version this morning and I love Spire more than ever.
Once I'm back from my holidays, I'll spend a lot of time on it and a 128-preset bank for this great synth will probably be my next release.

I'm still with Lennard here on this side of town. So what's up on the wild side guys? How is the cpu usage these days, did they already optimize anything over there?
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

I propose you to read the article yourself... i'm not talking about justification, i'm talking about legal issues, as that's the thing of concern here.
