Audio Interface that includes a USB Hub?

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't your iLok needs to be put in your PC rather than in your audio interface?
But to answer your question I don't know of any other interfaces with an USB hub. Having said though I absolutely love the retro look of the AKAI EIE series, especially the EIE Pro!

Personally I wouldn't let that be a deciding factor while looking for an audio interface. Isn't it easier to buy à USB hub (powered if needed). Hadn't heard about USB hubs in an audio interface as well...

Maybe the next generation as native instruments and I believe Allen & Heath are doing this already on their mixers to complement with midi fx devices.robojam wrote:A USB mixer with a hub would be a great idea too.

Yeah, I can't believe Akai is the only one thought about this for Laptop users. It's one less thing to worry about. I only have 2 USB ports on the MBP, and by using dongles, I have none left. Need one at least for an Audio Interface.
