Analog to Digital and Digital to Analog conversion. Where do we draw the line and start making music?

I picked this up from Chris Randall's (one part of Audio Damage software) Analog Industries blog. I feel this should be shared to any who are working with digital audio at any stage of the process. Listen and follow carefully. It may be a bit over the head for some of you but watch it a couple times and try to follow the logic. There are plenty of articles/debates about sampling rate and audio bit depth and the basics of digital audio to be found on the net, in the case that you need a refresher course. It is a topic with which you should definitely eventually familiarize yourself. Just a tip guys. Cheers!
