Possible to use midi cc messages to control scale, key, and other non-knob controls?

This is a fantastically flexible arpeggiator. Thanks.
The way I'd like to use the arpeggiator in performance, it would be great to be able to link midi controllers to many more parameters than just knob controlled ones. For example, I'd like to be able to select Scale, loop direction, pattern selection, play order...etc, without using the mouse.
Is this something you may be contemplating for a future release..or am I maybe just missing the way this can be done now?
