Sounds like a bug. Various knobs, when you first turn them from 0% (or 100%) jump

Yes another bug. Be careful with that... Russian mafia can go after you.muLperi wrote:Can someone tell me if this Delay (wide parameter) behaviour is normal?

I don't really experience that side too much (CPU hungry)...
I have been hitting 'init' and just tweaking around. I had 4 instances last night for a total of 10% reading in Ableton 9.0.5... @ 24/48 (MacBook i7 2.7GHz)
Admitedly I haven't really checked out the preset pads or made any pads or heavy unison patches yet, but it's sure as hell not as hungry as LuSH-101 or Diva... or Diversion, or Razor or many Alto patches. In my own experience. I may be complaining next week though, depending on how much time I get to tweak this weekend
I really love this synth tho. To me, it's very user friendly. Makes me want to make my own patches.

Another bug I found was the arpeggiator sometimes locked to 'hold' even though 'hold' not selected - only way to fix was to switch to another preset and switch back.

i keep meaning to buy this, but...anxious about cpu usage (on my macbook pro, it's a bitch...). hope that gets sorted out (even somewhat)....BEFORE, LOL, it goes to v1 (and the price goes up)...

Little tip of the day. Chaining the Spire plate reverb and ValhallaVintageVerb Concern Hall reverbs sounds incredible if you want a huge epic sound. Spire's reverb gives the density and initial strength while Valhalla gives the space and glue.

If it's any guide (acknowledging PC/MAC differentials), I have an overlocked I7 2660 and I have no problems with Spire at all. Whereas 2 instances of Diva on Divine mode, playing any pad sound, bring everything to a screeching halt.fisherKing wrote:i keep meaning to buy this, but...anxious about cpu usage (on my macbook pro, it's a bitch...). hope that gets sorted out (even somewhat)....BEFORE, LOL, it goes to v1 (and the price goes up)...
