From time to time I just wonder who is the developer of revolta 2.
It is connnected to Magix music studio or samplitude pro and I hardly find any better sounding analogue synth. And I wish that I could use this in any DAW.
So who is the mastermind behind this and why there are only about 250 presets ?
And I like the the new Dn-e1 too !!
And what about beatbox 2 or Robota they are in in the small and big versions, but
these are very good too, better than many others I believe ?

Revolta2 is a fantastic synth

I got it with Magix Music Maker, which unfortunately only features Rewire in, not Rewire out, meaning that the plugins included in that package can't be utilized in another DAW

I didnt know Sascha made a synth, but as all plugins from him this shines
bright and its cheap allthough bound to magix only.
And the presets are masterful too, especially the bladerunner one.
Hopefully they set it free for other Daws.

Magix is launching a new VA synth with Music Maker 2014, the DN-e1

Dunno if it is linked to Revolta2 in anyway?

Revolta2 is such a well kept secret, that there is hardly an image to be found of the interface even on the Magix website, but this is how it looks, pretty nice indeed

Looks good, sounds wonderfull but terribly underestimated.
The beatbox 2 has a typical Magix design, is this from Sascha too?
And what about the DN-e1 synth in musicstudio 2014 ? To me it sounds great-
it has a clear interface, but it looks different. Again Sascha, another master
or just who ?

Seems great indeed. Download link doesn't send to email. Found this http://www.energy-xt.com/index.php?id=0200 XT ReWire VST Demo which i assume is the same. With this i can play Ableton synths in Samplitude Music Studio, but not the other way around.

Beatbox 2 is Sascha's but I doubt he was involved with DN-e1 unless he's been moonlighting for Magix which is highly unlikely

Thanks for the info.

I want to import Revolta 2 into FL Studio. But FL Studio already got Rewire capabilities, and can't Rewire Magix because it can't act as a slave. So how can this tool solve that?

I do apologize for not checking the specifications of Music Studio and offering false hope. I really ought to of known it was not going to be simple

The only other tool which I can think of that could possibly get the audio from Music Maker into FL Studio is this by Christian/DocuDead:

Fully functional demo with noise every now and again. Obviously there is no MIDI passed but I suppose so long as you have that part in Music Studio then its ready to go into FL Studio (Edison is it? ) and away you go. Ideal? No I know but a less painful work around than opening Music Studio, Creating all the parts in that host just for the instruments then bouncing/rendering the audio and importing into FL Studio...Perhaps?

There is also of the top of my head is vidance's free ASIO Multiclient Wrapper which lets you run two applications or more sharing an ASIO driver, So you could do your thing in FL whilst still playing jumping over to Music Maker to do the same. Once happy with the Magix instruments then render, Import into whichever you mix in and get busy

That is the best I have for workarounds. It must be frustrating having the rewire restriction of Master only, Seems like a daft move from Magix on that decision
