as exs24 converts from giga it just works fine here in logic.andrewfa wrote:I want this piano! But, will it work perfectly with EXS24? I'm on Mac and I don't have Kontact.... What do you use it with Putte?

Actually, the man behind artvista puts a lot of passion into his work, and this can bee seen in the cool vibes as well.

I've got a couple giga hosts already (exs24 and Kontakt) but what would be the cheapest giga capable host for friends with fewer resources who might enjoy this piano.

I suppose the cheapest alternative is to get a sample format converter (Extreme Sample Converter, CDXtract or Translator), convert the .gig file to a soundfont and play it back in sfz (a freeware soundfont player from www.rgcaudio.com ). AFAIK sfz does direct-from-disk streaming so you won’t have to load the whole thing into RAM.
I haven’t tried this myself so I don’t know how well the .gig file will be translated, tho.

I have sfz, and have been thinking of getting sfz+ - does this piano work in the standard (as oppossed to the beta) version of sfz+ ?Ixox wrote:Thanks for the link...

On Pute's recommendation I bought the Piano and I also couldn't resist the Vibes too. I only loaded the piano up this morning but it is really warm, mellow and beautiful sounding - it also works really well with Trilogy's acoustic bass samples
