I call BS on that link... So it's bizarre enough that somebody creates a product forum for a product that doesn't even exist yet (about as strange as if Ben would've founded KVR in 1995), but now they're stating that

"and although the software is very much usable, there are still little imperfections that need fixing before an official release"

and immediately after:

"and Bitwig surprise us on every Beta update with new features to try out such as new instruments or effects. Some of which are such great ideas and sound fantastic."

So you're telling me, that there's "just a few more bugs to go", and simultaneously that Bitwig is still piling on innovative new features and plugins into each beta release (probably adding more bugs) rather than fixing what's already there and finally shipping a product after all of these years?

If true, the only logical reason is that the developers have no bills to pay, are in no hurry to ship a product, and also have no concept of what "beta" means. However, it's probably not true, that site probably is not even part of the beta program, if there even is one. With the supposed impenetrable fortress of secrecy around this alleged beta program, I'm sure that even saying that much would violate the NDA.

To my eyes, this daw looks like it's going to the perfect workflow sorta like studio one meets live ;) yep it's gonna be a great last few months till it drops, but I trust what BW has said that it will be out in 2013. :o any day now

Sorry for the OT, but how do you guys get those cool colours in your posts? I tried but I could not... Wait, that's it? You just summon them? Cool! Now I just have to find something to say that is worth highlighting, certainly not this babbling. How do I turn them off again? Ah, figures...

Well, to be honest, I actually wanted to say how the Bitwig Studio audio engine sounds like a blatant ripoff of the Ableton Live audio engine judging by the Soundcloud audio that was posted earlier and that they deserve to be sued. I decided to focus on something lighter, using light hearted war humour. You called it...

The color thing is pretty cool. Bring on Bitwig.

And respect the hard work going into a new piece of software as complex as a DAW.
Respect vs Cats....
