I keep making presets with this thing, and there are around 70 new ones by now (around 110 total), so I thought I should update the old bank online. I mostly noodle around making presets while doing other stuff, so again watch yer years, the volume/freqs are most likely all over the place!
Basically all new presets make (better) use of the mod wheel and the x/y pad. Alot of them also use the x/y sliding on the keys, so slide your fingers up/down to add movement to a pad, filter cuts, pitch bend to a guitar and so on. A few presets also use horizontal axis. And remember that you can actually use the whole iPad screen as a modulation area while holding a note/key. My keyboard is fried, so I dunno how all that will translate to playing on a external midi keyboard... The "stickys" also have the two big x/y pads routed to some basic filter, res and pitch for some insta-kaosspad-whatever. So no "static" presets. Anyway, hope you find something useful in there!

Thanks a bunch Chris, these are great.
I was able to load them using the free Documents app to DL the .rar, then after Documents says it can't open the Nave bank file, there is the option for "open in". Hopefully that helps someone....

Thanks!
Yea I got a 3rd party browser for my iPad/iPhone first thing I did so I wouldn't have to deal with all the basic stuff like downloading files, unpacking, sending to other apps etc. Went with Atomic first but switched later on to iCab cos it had some feature I missed in Atomic browser (both are great tho). Anyway, basically any decent 3rd part browser (free or not) do have download managers and "open in", and most can unpack zip & rar files. I think iCab is $1.99, really feature filled browser, but there are really good free alternatives to Safari as well.

You're welcome!
I'm gonna try and clean up and improve the "cinematic" stuff as best I can before next release, or simply add a bunch more, dunno yet. Only thought a couple turned out decent, although some can be "molded" really easy with the xy. Also, I noticed a lot of problems with the freqs and dynamics on a lot of stuff (that I hadn't noticed before). Dunno if it's a matter of mixing the volume proper on the oscillators and/or use the EQ (tried messing around with it a lot on a few presets but couldn't get even dynamics etc, kinda wavy like a soft limiter). Anyway, already done a handful of new ones so the bank is still growing (it's like crack...or Bejeweled...I can't stop using it lol).

Just downloaded the bank, extracted the RAR file, loaded via iTunes into the Nave documents (1.8M), now Nave crashes. Removed this bank, Nave works fine. What am I doing wrong? I'd love to check these out!

That's a known bug with using iTunes. Try some other methods as suggested in this thread.

Yea there's a bug in Nave that will prevent it from starting up when importing banks via iTunes (or any other computer application ). Only way for now is to download a bank to your iDevice (unpack if using the rar) and use "Open In..." and choose Nave.
Edit: If you don't have any app that can do all that (like a different browser then Safari, or a file handler like GoodReader), you can always email the unrared filed to yourself from your computer. Open the iOS email, fetch the attached file and use "open in" from the iOS email.

Thanks. Mailing it to myself was easy and worked fine. I guess I didn't read this whole thread carefully enough about the bug, but glad you could help me solve it. Have tried several of the patches already and am quite impressed!
