Hey Robert, I just took a look and the tunes seemed to be fine. Are you referring to these tunes here: https://sites.google.com/site/kvrosc/osc-21-chimera ?
BJ, yeah, but for all of the monthly 1-synth challenges, the music is missing... well all the ones I tried. Except for the current one.
K, I just tried these, and they worked. Let me know if they work for you:
https://sites.google.com/site/kvrosc/osc-48-voyager
https://sites.google.com/site/kvrosc/osc-23-any-synth

If not, send a link of one that definitely doesn't work for you.

Maybe it's a browser thing. What browser, browser version, and OS are you using?

Nope, neither of those. Win 7 pro, Firefox 23.0.1

These don't work for me in firefox either. If this helps, in explorer, i get this message:

Error loading player:
Flash version must be 10.0 or greater

I just go to http://archive.org/details/KvrOsc23AnySynth if I want to listen however.

Hey can you guys go here, and press 'prefer flash? / Html5' underneath the player and see if you can hear it with either? http://archive.org/details/KvrOsc48Voyager

Maybe we can switch the player to another version.

Got song list in the player and in the box below. Player works fine either way.

It wasn't more than 4 or 5 days ago that I was listening to some tracks on other month's contest and everything was working fine. Have changes been made?

Thanks for checking it out. I want to confirm what you said: So both HTML5 and Flash version work fine on the archives site, but not on ours?

Affirmative. Don't forget I said the current songs show up for me as well.

That's weird as they are all the same player (Archive.org's), the only difference might be the width size on the page.

But I've noticed some funny stuff going on with the latest Flash Player build from Adobe on some web pages (Opera/WinXP), so if it's a bother try to roll back to an older version or wait for the next one if that will fix it.

As was said, the current challenge (https://sites.google.com/site/kvrosc/osc-55-mausynth) works fine. Earlier challenges do not. All work at Archive.org.

The blank boxes on the earlier do seem narrower for what that may mean.

Ok I just tried using Firefox (latest I think), and the players are all blank / white. The reason for that is for security. You can however enable the player. Is anyone experiencing this?

Just click on the little icon next to the back button, then click the arrow, and finally click 'Disable protection on this page'

Yes, I have the same security symbol in my Firefox!

Thanx for the tip to fix it.

Thank you, BJPorter. That solved the problem.

Thanks bjporter, your instructions worked fine for unblocking content in firefox and following a similar procedure to address the same problem, I managed to unblock scripts in Chrome browser and now everything is working fine.
