Last spring the same thing happened, Arturia suddenly decided to give those who bought Analog Lab hybrid synth 2-3 plugins for free. But those who had bought the hybrid synth just a week or month before, got nothing.

Even now when Arturia ship around their buy-in offer in the full synth package those customers who got the 3 synths for free get the whole package for €99, while those who bought the same hybrid synth and got no free synhts, have to shell out €199 or €299 to get the whole package

Yeah, all these offers should have a retrospective duration of at least 100 years, and an infinite duration, just in case someone misses out.

Makes me wonder if folk complain when they miss out on offers at their local supermarket.

You could email and ask them to refund but knowing Ableton Live's stingy operations based on past experience I doubt they will do that.

I sent them an email telling them I missed the sale by a few days and asking if they could backdate the offer and give me a voucher. They refunded me 25% instead on my Paypal account
