App for rating or tagging videos?

This is a long shot and a bit off topic, but I tried posting in numerous other places including apples discussion forums to no reply.

Anyone know know of an alternate video player for iOS that allows ratings or any other sort of quick tagging of video files? I dont know why apple lets you rate and organize songs, but NOT VIDEOS!! Ability to playback at 1.5x speed as well as playlists would be a plus, but the main function I'm looking for is rating and/or tagging videos as I watch them. I mainly watch tutorial videos on my iPad and would like to be able to tag the ones I need to watch again on my computer - or just videos that have good information I'd like to reference again later.
