Phalanx getting 9/10 score in latest Computer Music, and also getting CM's Performance Award.

Their verdict: "Feature-packed, but not complex; Browser tagging is simple yet effective; Customisable interface; Large library of quality samples; Flexible effects engine; Immediacy of result"

The main drawback they mention is that there is no onboard sequencer.

well its concept never was to be a sequencer
however we plan in a future update, to make the Arp more complex (with a step seq, etc)
btw in which issue did you read that? Is it out already?

while making and trying to save a bank, I am having problems navigating to which folder I would like my bank (preset) stored. anyone else having this problem? i'm on a mac 10.8.4 using studio one 2.6

oops, never mind. i got it, seems the computer was extremely slow and I needed to be a bit more patient.

by the time i posted this message and went back to it, it seemed to work just fine.

back with another issue... I can't "name" my Padslots. i can type in Kick, but the second i hit return, it goes right back to Padslot1. Using VST3 version 1.0.8 32bit mode on a mac in studio one v2.6

anyone else having this issue?

Phalanx was the sampler i was waiting for, i always told other developer to make a simple, easy and fast working sampler to layer sounds in a very fast and dirty way... Still working on the first production with it and its my new swiss knife...
