That's funny you claim it's so easy to contact Apple, since, after having done two purchases through iTunes Store, and, after receiving just a very criptic e-mail and no proper invoice, I had to look for almost an hour tbrough their site just to find a phone number where I had to phone to - this just to ask for something that is OBLIGATORY by law - a regular invoice, with VAT discriminated.
