I have one very important feature request:

Please implement microtuning support!!

With microtuning support you will see a whole new market of users. Only in the western world is 12-tone equal temperament standard. In the Arab, Turkish, Persian and most Asian nations other tuning systems are in use and microtuning support is needed. Also here in the west many people have started using microtuning, and without microtuning support we cannot use this synthesizer.
Microtuning support is fairly easy to implement and many synthesizers have done so already.

As you can see there's no synth like Sprire currently that supports microtuning, it is much needed and will surely make it a hit under microtonal users. I for one will buy Spire the second you implement microtuning.

There are 2 fairly standard ways to implement microtuning.
One is according to the Scala scale format. You can find information about this here: http://www.huygens-fokker.org/scala/scl_format.html (http://www.huygens-fokker.org/scala/scl_format.html)
The other is according to the .tun standard: http://www.mark-henning.de/am_downloads_eng.php#Tuning (http://www.mark-henning.de/am_downloads_eng.php#Tuning)
Both are fine a free to use for people who want to use microtuning.
This way you do not have to build a custom interface or anything for microtuning support. You simply accept either a .tun or .scl file and tune the synth according to the tuning in the file. And you can hide this tuning support anywhere in your interface as far as people who use microtuning are concerned, you'll be admired for implementing it in the first place

very-different synths (and complement each other really well...for me, anyway). right now, these 2 are my frontrunners (and i have a LOT of synths...) zebra is amazingly-versatile, but warmer, rounder. spire def has more edge. both are delicious!

Additional words. Well designed preset browser would be important because Spire have to compete with NI Massive FM8 Absynth, Zebra, ElectraX, and many synths- considering its price. If so, Spire's current preset bank system would be definitely a weakness.

And did you already make a roadmap for developement and management? It would be hard work to develope the Spire and process growing client's requests and managing website by you alone. Stable management would be essential for long lasting Spire so that you can dedicate only to developing Spire most of your time.

I am very intrigued but already spent too much on softsynths...

I use Spire and Zebra as my two main synths. Spire was a godsend for me, as I find Zebra has a very 'round' sound, whereas Spire is quite 'sharp'. There's not much Zebra can't do, but basically I find these two synths compliment each other perfectly.

Spire is pretty straight forward... I find it intuitive and fast to program, the raw sound is tight and fresh. Snappy envelopes, lush filters, the oscillators are quick to get sounds from, it's just WAAAY quicker than Zebra in my opinion. Zebra has more, Spire is faster and more inviting... (in my opinion)

That's exactly what's going on with me.
Spire, Zebra, Alchemy, and SynthMaster when needed (due to the difficulty I have in programming it. Amazing synth as well)

Thanks for proposing a cool feature, we of course investigate can we implement it in near future and complexity of coding.
Now all our efforts are concentrated on cool and user-friendly preset browser.

Is it possible to UNLEARN a SPIRE Knob, that has been assigned to a physical fader via the MIDI button in SPIRE ?

If Yes, How ? If No, this is a feature that needs to be added.

We are also working on this feature, currently the only way on Win32 is to remove
midi_learn.tbl from plugin installation directory, or restart host app on Mac
