MFM is incredible on most fronts to be fair, my only fault really is the GUI isn't exactly a mood maker in the way that Diva and Satin's GUIs are. With a nicer frontend I'm sure it would get more use.

With Microtonic.
The CPU usage is a little high :(
But the sound is very good :)
What are your computer's specs? I have an I7 and can never max it out, even when I try.

quick question - this seems to be like Lush where you have to manually set up each parameter before you can apply automation - is there a particular reason for this? I was just trying the demo and wanted to automate feedback, wet dry etc and it took a crazy amount of time - is there a particular reason why, like most other plugs, you can't just write automation easily?

It's one of the reasons I have mostly given up on Lush - I automate heavily and it just takes way too long...

so anyone have any other thoughts on it? I tried the demo and it does sound great, but its just so hard to pull the trigger when I already got RP, MFM2, lemasque, and reflex. Theres just something about it that sounds great, just hard to jump over the edge when im chock full of delays already. The 20% discount isnt really that much of a nudge either

The reason would be:
Due to the fact that the number of sound parameters in Sigmund synthesizer exceeds 128 allowed by VST / AU technologies number of automatable parameters, we can map/assign the chosen internal parameters of the synthesizer on 128 automatable (from the host level) general usage parameters in the Parameters tab.
You can simply save your parameters map (and midi cc map) so you only have to do this once really, no? Unless you want to automate over 128 parameters.

Okay, tried the demo. This thing sounds fantastic. And with my 50% discount, they managed to hit the right price point. I'm gonna bite. :)

ah great thinking! Yeah I would typically only automate basic stuff like wet/dry, feedback etc so this would work perfectly. Will try this for Lush also..

I'm pretty sure it's based on the number of products in your D16 account. I got the 50% discount and I have the all the silverline fx and phoscyon + two of the drum machines, which is pretty generous as the fx collection was bought in a 6 for 1 group buy and similar for the classic boxes, I seem to recall.
