Waldorf Pulse 2: officially released (OS updated to v1.18)

To collect informations and demos concerning the official release of the Pulse 2 at one place it was useful to create a new thread IMO.

If a thread could be deleted then the old one IMO. The member who started that thread did not post anything besides the very first post anyway.

BTW you already mentioned in that other thread that you prefer the Sub Phatty over the Pulse 2. Did this change now?

Speaking about mods i would prefer that this thread is not derailed like it happened in several others where we two were involved.

BTW this is the first time i did beta testing and factory sounds for a hardware synth so i am very happy (and also a bit proud) about this indeed. :wink:

For me Waldorf is not just "another" company, i loved (and used) their synths since at least 10 years now. This is the 4th Beta test for them besides PPG Wave 3.V, Lector and the new version of the Waldorf Edition.

At least 4 of the sound designers of the Pulse 2 (including me) already published commercial soundsets for the Blofeld and others like Stefan and Dirk should have been involved with the Blofeld factory sounds.

BTW if some Beta testers will publish commercial Pulse 2 soundsets at the Waldorf Online shop Waldorf will earn some money with those sales too... :wink:

What are my chances of a free Pulse for pointing out that in English an indefinite article that precedes a word beginning with a "yoo" sound is usually 'a' rather than 'an' - so 'a unison' not 'an unison'?

There are chances that there will be a corrected manual at some time.

Besides that the developers and the Beta team will continue working on further OS updates that besides possible bug fixes could also include new features and maybe a few more factory presets too.
