jeungblut: in that case i used the DAW (Rack Performer) which has a very flexible recording functions
but you can use anything that works - external apps (sound editors), vst plugins (TapeIt comes to mind)

Everytime I start Venom in FL Studio, the display shows the following message:
NONSEQ
Please Wait, Booting
C:\Programs\VstPlugins
And it is booting all the time and I can't start working
Meanwhile, the LED belonging to the C-Key ist always blinking at a very high frequency.
Can anyone help me?

that's a display bug that only happens in some hosts in some conditions
basically if LEDs blink as usual - it has already booted up, but didn't clear the display, don't panic

However, I can't get no sound out of it nor I can start the 303 sequencer with the DAW's transport controls if i set it to one of the external sync modes. In the "internal sync" mode i works properly, but in this case, I can't sync to the DAW/Midiclock.

your DAW probably doesn't send MIDISYNC to the plugins, since there aren't many which use MIDISYNC afaikDCO18 wrote:However, I can't get no sound out of it nor I can start the 303 sequencer with the DAW's transport controls if i set it to one of the external sync modes. but you can use MIDISYNC with vb303 with an external (hardware) drum machine or so, and route the midisync from it into vb303 (that's if the DAW doesn't filter it)
HostSync simply does "stick" to the Host BPM, but it doesn't start/stop together with the Host... instead, you have to use a midi Note (on the Trigger channel) which serves as start/stop
in this case, don't put the note in the very beginning of the song, but somewhere later (leave one bar or so) because typically DAWs would restart all plugins right before rendering the song, which would make vb303 reboot and miss the midi Note, thus fail to start running

it's not a stand-alone application, it's a VST plug-in, you have to use a VST Host program and load it indennisagustinus wrote:how to installing this application????
it's described also in the manual

Hey guys,
I'm using Orion and I seems to have one specific problem...

Any idea why that's happening? Seems the knobs are there, because I they move if I click on an empty space where a knob should be and I hear it doing something; they just seems to be invisible, so I don't know what I'm moving.
Also, I understand wanting for people to use internal sequencer, but why can't there be both ways for us to choose how we want to work, without having to go through the whole "unlock code" process? Kind of tedious to do every time, and feels like imposing.
Other than that, I love how it sounds. Absolutely loving it, even though I could barely move any knobs.

I have the exact same problem, but in Ableton Live v9.1 on Win 8.1 x64.HYPNAGOGIA wrote:Hey guys,
