Hey fellow KVRs,

I need help on getting this sound, maybe if you've seen it as a patch or if u can help me to make it. I've found a patch in reFX Nexus(Hardstyle - SYN Soft TeeBee) that sounds very similar to this, but I simply can get it to sound like the one used in song... my guess is that's a "simple" ARP :D but I can't get it to work like Sash did in Ecuador.

In addition to an arp'd lead sound, there is a very simple automation track controlling the filter cutoff. You hear it slowly rise, and then slowly drop. It is very linear sounding and can probably be created with 3 points in the channel's automation track.

Thanks for reply! Hm, what do you think that they used as effects on this sound? I'm guessing distortion and I think that they used eq similar to phone frequencies and maybe automate higher frequencies.

That sir is a 303. Find yourself some samples or an emulator or a lot of modern synths (like sylenth) have "303" type patches too.
I'm not responding to any thread with the word drop in it.

OMG, this is overdriven 303!!! FFS! :D
The first thing that I thought of is 303, since it's acid sound, but what I haven't thought of is to just add a simple overdrive to the 303(ABL 2). :bang:

btw, I just recently bought AudioRealism Bass Line 2 and I'm still learning how to use it... :P

Thanks a lot!
