I sent in a support request wrt iMini and received a tracking ticket number. The message said I would hear back in a couple days but if I wanted to I could check thru http://fogbugz.arturia.com/fogbugz/default.asp?(rest of address deleted). So what happens when I try to click the link?

I get a message saying "Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found". :roll:

If there is someone from Arturia support that can check and find out why the server can't be found, I would appreciate it. And if they could PM me I can give them the details of the support request.

David - I sent the PM you requested on Oct 2nd wrt the 'support' problem and it still hasn't been read.... This isn't leaving me with a warm fuzzy feeling.....

Should I take the issue and complain to Apple App support instead?
