Oh, no. Not another excellent synth. I just bought Virsyn Cube (and before that, the "now on sale" TC-11) and I am trying to save up for the now lower priced Lemur. This has got to stop!SCprogfan wrote:Just discovered, out now in the app store. Sounds pretty good so far!
No..PC only...hold it, that's isn't right. Maybe in time and after improvements, we will get to buy them all again for our Android machines too.4damind wrote:Unfortunately not for Android.

yes apparently they do, i asked the exact same question on the Audiobus forum and someone was able to play it from Beatmaker2's keyboard - which I couldn't get to work using iMini (until I downloaded the Freewi app)
but yes, the midi implementation is much better on this than iMini from what i understand - probably due to Tempo Rubato having a hand in this app (who helped code Nlog and Nave synths)

Has anyone tried this on iPad 1 to see if it will work at all?
EDIT:
From iTunes iSEM webpage:
"Compatibility: Requires iOS 5.0 or later. Compatible with iPad."
From Arturia website:
"iSEM requires at least an iPad 2 and OS 6.0"
I guess that answers that!

Did a little research:
The (Arturia) Oberheim SEM V is expected to be available in December (2011), for US $ 249 / EURO 229
http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2011/ ... r-details/
Seems there has been a price adjustment...and not only for the iPad:
If you feel too guilty about spending so little, then for a little more, the PC/Mac version? $39

Ok - just got it and yes the virtual midi is a lot better then iMini's is. I wish they would fix that....halftone wrote:yes apparently they do, i asked the exact same question on the Audiobus forum and someone was able to play it from Beatmaker2's keyboard - which I couldn't get to work using iMini (until I downloaded the Freewi app)

iSem sounds pretty good. One thing I'm noticing off hand is that the tempo display is not showing the incoming tempo rate. It appears that the arp and such are syncing, it's just not updating the display (might be designed that way....kind of odd if it is ...)

Yes, they cut the prices to half the price (99$/€) a year ago or so.bftucker wrote:Did a little research:

Hm, that's a real bargain... not much use for such a limited synth atm though.bftucker wrote: If you feel too guilty about spending so little, then for a little more, the PC/Mac version? $39

Am I missing something, or is the price actually $99,00? And it's out of stock, apparentlybftucker wrote: If you feel too guilty about spending so little, then for a little more, the PC/Mac version? $39
