i just bought Alchemy synth and got the free choice of download offer, so i picked XL junkie but cannot seem to find it, am i missing something or just not getting it

when you login to your account the soundbank should be under your "Product Downloads"

once downloaded and installed you should also download and install latest presets. this is always on the top of the page: a black banner "Download Your Latest Presets"

i have done all that, but if i type in the finder on the synth in Logic junkie xl the picture comes up and asks me to purchase, thats why i think it is not in the synth.. Also in my log on page it shows it in gray so downloaded, when i check my downloads on my Mac, it is not a download, but a document. does it just automatically go in to Alchemy?????????

Camel soundbanks need to be installed not just downloaded.
