How do people usually do this? Just curious really as I'm not about to do it myself anytime soon.

In my pea sized brain I can only really see three options:
a) Load all the tracks one after another into Live's arrangement view and let it run from start to finish. This would obviously be a massively sized project.
b) Load all the loops into Live's session view and trigger them whenever necessary. Again a massive project would result.
c) Sync two computers and flip between them after each track.

or (just thought of this)

d) Have a single computer and a hardware sampler. The Sampler can trigger some effects/noise whilst the computer is loading the next song.

What do people commonly do?

Disclaimer section:
- I understand the argument about whether merely playing back pre-recorded parts is actually live. Lets not get into that here please.

"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

Some people use B ,but the loops/patterns are MIDI triggering softsynths hosted from within live. Usually with several MIDI controllers for tweaking filters/fx , playing the odd part here and there, triggering clips, and mixing.

I've also seen people use a combination of B and C
