ds-404 (of all the weird formats to do when there might be a couple of
more useful ones missing...)... i found it a bit awkward to use, not
the kind of thing i'd want to make sample banks for, but there are
probably quite few around.
i have all sh*dload of CM CD/DVD here starting from issue one. stopped
getting it a long long time ago but kept CDs like thatin a big wallet.
anyone remember The Mix magazine - before MusicTech - ?? i'm looking for
some articles from that, cannot find a reference anyway. (the geoff
waterstone circuit stuff - all you can find are his mods for tr606, but
there were more articles.

thanks, and i will grab that again
those are the mods
that started off the craze for 606s, i reckon. will have to
see if i can build an 808 BD.
geoff waterstone did other articles for the mix; seems to be
no trace online of that magazine other than those two pages.

ah, yeah, well that's just it, i did go searching.. and found
soooo much online, circuits for everything, loads of 'em.
i did keep the pages in paper form, but have no idea what
happened to it, long way away etc.
thought you could find 'everything' on internet?!
