Justin,
Thats awesome news, very interested in watching it, in a video, Dom, says their software offers ways to tweak program changes based off their API etc. I know you use the Nektar, I also have one, how well do they interact?

I'd love some more info on Push. I guess it's a long shot, but does anyone know of anyone using it? I know the bitwigs said they might be able to get it working, when might we find out for sure? Are they planning on releasing their own support for it instead of third party? It would surely be great if they supported it upon release.

Hi,
This is the latest News Post on the Bitwig website's News section :

Hello Japan
We are very pleased to offer a localized Japanese version of our website for the Japanese-speaking world. And we're equally proud to be working with Dirigent as our distribution partner in Japan: www.dirigent.jp.
More news about the release date and pricing will follow soon.
End of Quote
The last paragraph is the sweetest part
Here is Bitiwig Studio in Japan : https://www.dirigent.jp./news/menu/topics/d-news20.html
The only problem is Bitwig's 'Soon' can mean anything
Oh well... Hope they are seriously meaning SOON this time around. Like.. Oct. 31st (Halloween) or No later than the first week of Nov.
Cheers,
Muziksculp

There is an option for "Full screen mode" on the View menu, but I'm not sure if it's working (running OS 10.6.8 which may not support that feature).elnn wrote:..and Mac dual-monitor full-screen support?pc999 wrote:Ok, a easy one.

Is there a full screen mode in Bitwig
Yes to multiple monitors (options for 1, 2 or 3 screens).
Peace,
Andy.

Dom gave me permission to make my video public.
It's very simple, I'm just launching clips from an un-finished project. Almost all of the sounds came from the Analog4 (some of the drums are samples I loaded in my Octatrack for effects and stuff, the recorded as audio in BWS. Most of the effects I used were native Bitwig effects (other than the Octatrack stuff).
This won't really answer any mysteries, just havin' some fun. I don't have a studio right now, so I had to do all of this from my bed. Enjoy.

Ok here's a quicky (apologies if this was ever addressed):
Do the parameters in Bitwig respond to mousewheel/trackpad scroll like most DAWs mixer and device controls do? Abletons controls don't respond to scrolling and I reallyt hate that because it makes things super fast with trackpads.
thanks!

I'm not sure and I can't check until later tonight.
Maybe Thomas or Andy will be more helpful.
